University of the South Humphrey’s Residence Hall

This 47,860 square foot, four-story building holds 192 student residents. This building was constructed in stone-clad and historically designed to blend with existing facilities on the University’s campus. The labor intensive stone exterior took an eight man crew of craftsman eight months to complete, with stunning results. Bell Construction’s value engineering expertise saved the University more than $1 million, and although there were more than 34 days of inclement weather, the project was still completed on schedule.
