The iconic design – earning the moniker ‘Batman Building’ – has shaped Nashville’s skyline as one of the most distinctive in the country. Its completion marked the largest single construction project in Nashville’s history. This 31-story, 1.3 million square foot high-rise corporate office tower is the tallest building in Tennessee and one of the premier construction projects in the South. The tower includes a nine-story underground garage. More than 1.1 million pounds of post-tension cable, 905 tons of structural steel, 4,000 tons of reinforcing steel, 53,000 cubic yards of concrete were used in construction which required more than 450 workers. The building provides top-quality corporate office space.
