Summary

As Nashville and Middle Tennessee have become one of the nation’s hottest business and tourism locations, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is moving forward with major plans for a terminal renovation.

Bell & Associates Construction is leading the way, awarded in 2006 to begin the first phase of a five year project that will transform Nashville International’s terminal and concourses. Bell’s portion of the project is $37 million over three years. The renovation includes construction of a consolidated security checkpoint comprised of 11 lanes, flanked by shimmering water walls and new local and national brand food and beverage and news and gifts concessions.
