This 16-story high-rise will feature 250 hotel rooms. The developer, Amerimar Enterprises, Inc., chose not to partner with a national chain, instead an independent brand, the Hutton Hotel. The company describes the Hutton as a “boutique” hotel, a term that typically describes a smaller hotel offering upscale accommodations with limited services. Room rates will compare to those at the nearby Loews Vanderbilt and Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt hotels.
