One Greenway Centre

One Greenway Centre is a $14 million project that will feature 162,000 square feet of office space. The five-story building will feature such sustainable green elements as low VOC paints, adhesives, sealers and flooring, FSC certified wood and no CFC HVAC refrigerants. The building will featured low water consumption restroom fixtures, white TPO roofing material and construction teams will utilize recycled construction waste. Once the building is complete, the owner will offer alternative public transportation options for building tenants.
